What is the best place (or winery) to watch fireworks in Paso Robles on the 4th of July?
I will be in Paso Robles July 4-8. I hear Meridian as well as Robert Hall have events at night to watch fireworks. Which is better? Are there other places (or wineries) to watch from? Any wineries in general that we have to try? Restaurants? Thanks.

Description / Comments
The 5th Annual 2006 Paso Robles Fireworks Extravaganza will be our most spectacular ever. The aerial display will feature over 1800 shells fired in just 20 minutes, with many new special effects. Since the show started in 2002, it has grown to be a signature event for the City of Paso Robles with the past attendance between 7-10,000 people.
New this year, the show will be presented as a Pyro-Musical, in which music is choreographed with the pyrotechnic effects though the use of a concert sound system. Viewers will now be able to experience the show in a whole new dimension!
The fireworks show starts at 9:00 pm at Barney Schwartz Park on Union Road in Paso Robles. The park opens to the public at 6:00 am, for those wanting to make a day of it. Besides the beautiful picnic and playground areas at the park, there will also be special activities for children, including face painting and a jump house. The park offers food and beverage (nonalcoholic) concessions.
People attending the show should arrive early to avoid traffic. Free parking is limited, but additional paid parking is available for just $5.00, with a short and easy walk to the park. The park and this event are alcohol-free and will be strictly enforced by the Paso Robles Police Department. Pets are not allowed. Guests to the park should bring folding chairs, blankets, and jackets for their comfort
