What is the best way to store an open wine bottle?
In a simple wine rack or in a my refrigerator? My concern is that the wine will not taste the same once its opened and sits on my counter top for weeks.

Once opened, best to finish within the next day. Keep it in you refrigerator with a stopper.
refrigerator… o well, that is what my mom says and usually she is right about cooking and stuff
if the wine is a red then put the cork back in upside down and keep it in a cool dry place, not the refrigerator. White same thing but in the refrigerator’s door and hopefully your wine should be gone within a week, use it for cooking, red for pasta sauce white for marinade and sauteing.
Whatever you do, re-cork the wine. Despite what some oenophiles may say, refrigerate the wine unless you can get past the idea of bacteria forming in your open bottle.
