What is your favorit wine under $20?
I personally like Sterling Vinyards the best, however I would like to try others. My favorit wines include Syrah, Cabs, Merlots, and Chards. I would love to find "other great finds" out there in the vast wine country.

night train
jacobs creek
Baby Duck
Fat Bastard Chardonnay
There are lots of good ones. I go for any wine that is $13 and above for a 1.5 L bottle and I find that they do not give me a bad hangover and they taste great. One wine that is very good and is inexpensive is Eco Domani.
Enjoy your reds.
Bianco or D’oro by Riunite They are both light sweet white wines that go well with just about any meal. They are not reds like your preferance but well worth a shot.
Hojack,
If you like Sterling, try Columbia Crest Grand Estates wines. I love the chardonnay.
Blue Nun (seriously)
my personal favorite (and I’m gonna limit this to red wines because that seems to be what you enjoy) is a vintage bottle of 1989 or earlier night train. sometime in the 90’s, i’m not sure when, they changed the label on me. i just liked the old steam engine it used to have on the bottle with "77" displayed proudly on the front of the train. now they have a deisel locomotive on the label. the contents seem exactly the same, but there was something about the old logo. anyways, i hope this information helps!
oak knolls niagara
Amano label….Primitivo [Italian version of a dry zin]
Egri label….Bull’s Blood [Hungarian cab]
Polo Negri…Musato d’Asti [ Italian semi-sweet,white, bubbly]
I like the white wines from Australia and Germany. Look for Reislings or Chardonnays
Kendal Jackson Chardonnay.
If you’re lucky enough to live near a Trader Joe’s Market they sell Charles Shaw Wines affectionately known as ‘Two-Buck Chuck’. They are very drinkable and very cheap at $1.99 and well worth it. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cab, Merlot and Syrah. They are not great wines, what IS for under $20? but well worth it!
The Little Penguin Shiraz, it’s only about $8 a bottle! It is an Australian red wine, so yummy! Shiraz is my favorite wine, anyway. I also like Alice White Shiraz. It is also only about $8 a bottle.
Columbia Crest Grande Estate Chardonnay.
I like Fuki wine. I tried it for the first time at a sushi bar and I have been hooked on it ever since. It is a very very very sweet wine though. I don’t know about dry wine because I don’t care for them.
White Canie,i think thats how it’s spelled
Steele Pinot is an excellent under 20 bucks
BOGLE OLD VINE ZINFANDEL!!! Do yourself a favor & try it. I’m sure you know that I’m NOT talking about White Zin, right? Ewww.
Also Bogle makes an excellent Petit Syrah. So does Red Bicyclette.
George duBoef Merlot isn’t too bad, or maybe you’ve tried Luna di Luna Sangiovese/Merlot Blend. Awesome!!! All way under $20.
I am a fan of sweet wines…. Moscato D’Asti is one of my favorites and Brachetto D’Acqui is another favorite of mine. The Moscato is a white wine and the Brachetto is a red.
Both are less then $15 each.
anything by oliver winery. my favorite is oliver soft red.
Klinkerbrick Old Vine Zinfandel (out of Lodi) is great for around $15, but hard to find outside of Lodi. Rosenblum has a number of great Zinfandels for less than $20 and you can find them widely distributed.
