Pinot with Fontina Fontal. A semi-soft cheese, though it's a little bitter. Fresh, tangy wine with creamy, sticky, light cheese. 
This cheese goes well with fruits and even has a fruit flavor to it, and the wine is fruity and light.

I'd prefer a lighter Merlot or Pinot noir with it.

as for cheese... what's with u all and fancy cheeses! ... i dont even know cheeses have such names lol.. except the cheddar and mozarella .. i like 2ash2awen with not so much salt.. (bihar is good).. i like grilled cheese / 2ash2awen sandwiches :)</description>
