A crisp Savignon Blanc with pepper jack is amazing!
White Merlot or Pinot and extra sharp new york
riesling auslese and brie……….mmmmmmmm
Ripple (Pagan Pink) and Velveeta hits the spot for me.
Sparkling wine (champagne), preferably Domain-Chandon’s ‘Etoile’ and a ripe brie.
Pinot Noir and Smoked Gouda
I really enjoy a Shiraz-Grenache with a vermont extra sharp white cheddar, bleu cheese and especially Cotswold. If you have neevr had Cotswold cheese, you need to try it! It is an excellent pub cheese, thal also goes great with beer and dirty martinis.
Pinot Grigio and Brie.
I have no favorite, but I really like a few depending on my mood.
Chardonnay and brie. A good full bodied red with longhorn or sharp cheddar.
Brie with Honey Mead. YUM!
Port and Stilton
Sharp, Aged Parmesan with Amarone
Sonoma Jack with Chardonnay- pepper jack is good too!
Runny brie and Chardonnay or White Bordeaux
Port Salut and Beaujolais or Vin De Table
Montrachet (Goat Cheese) with White Burgundy
Sauternes with Roquefort as a dessert
Gouda and Syrah
