What kind of crackers should I serve at my wine and cheese party?
I am having a Wine and Cheese party, and i have figured everything out from the cheeses, to the wines, to the fruit and olives and such that i will serve. However I have hit a roadblock concerning the sort of crackers and the like that I should serve. Can anyone help??

I'm a big fan of Carr's Water Crackers with wine and cheese. They have a very mild flavor and let the cheese be the star. You can either buy the assortment: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=700&company=140 (This one is specifically for cheeses) or several varieties. My personal favorite are the Cracked Pepper variety: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=736&company=140 (Great with Boursin — which is my favorite kind of cheese!) It would also be a good idea to have the plain variety: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=735&company=140 for the stronger cheeses. There are several other flavors as well: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?brand=439&company=140 so you can pick and choose what would go best with the cheeses you're serving.
You can buy them online here: http://www.c-els.com/default.asp?sn=E111520028730050 but most specialty grocery stores (like Central Market) carry them — and many larger supermarkets should have them too.
Water crackers.
Garlic rounds
All around good with most cheese
Personal preference is chicken in a biscuit
Consider that whole grain crackers are healthier, as well as more flavorful. Rye Crisp makes a variety of tasty whole grain crackers.
Vinta, Carr, Townhouse, Ritz.
Assorted shapes and grains.
Merry Christmas!
wine and cheese
Use a variety of crackers: butter crackers (Club, Ritz), water crackers, cracked wheat crackers.
multi grain crackers or RITZ lol
as a Florida cracker, imm insulted.
Carr's Table Water Crackers, Melba Rounds,
Ritz, and something whole grain. Dont' forget about baguette slices for soft cheeses.
Well i dont know about anybody else but i prefer ritz crackers it goes better with the cheese and wine!!
Wheat thins
salted those are the best
A variety. My suggestion is to go to a specialty market, or gourmet market. that way you can pick up crackers, pita chips, biscotti types, dried breads, etc., from all over the world. Flat breads and also bread sticks.
