I'm a big fan of Carr's Water Crackers with wine and cheese. They have a very mild flavor and let the cheese be the star. You can either buy the assortment: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=700&company=140 (This one is specifically for cheeses) or several varieties. My personal favorite are the Cracked Pepper variety: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=736&company=140 (Great with Boursin -- which is my favorite kind of cheese!) It would also be a good idea to have the plain variety: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?product=735&company=140 for the stronger cheeses. There are several other flavors as well: http://www.carrs-online.com/cgi-bin/brandpages/product.pl?brand=439&company=140 so you can pick and choose what would go best with the cheeses you're serving.

You can buy them online here: http://www.c-els.com/default.asp?sn=E111520028730050 but most specialty grocery stores (like Central Market) carry them -- and many larger supermarkets should have them too.

Consider that whole grain crackers are healthier, as well as more flavorful. Rye Crisp makes a variety of tasty whole grain crackers.
