What kind of fruit makes the tastiest wine?
The wine is for my project and I would like it to be tasty since I haven’t really tasted any kind of alcohol.
I hope that the fruits that can be the tastiest can also be home made and doesn’t have any rare ingredients in its recipe or complicated processes.
So, in your opinion, what would best suit this conditions and can still be tasty for you?

How about using prickly pears?
You can make wine from just about any fruit, and some other stuff as well (I make a hibiscus wine that is pretty good).
But there is a reason why most wine is made from grapes. Grapes contain so many different flavour compounds, it results in complex layers of taste (when made really well at least).
When I was younger and lived in Ohio, my parents used to grow their own strawberries. They always had berries left over after eating them and making deserts. What ever was left over they would crush, and ferment the juice with sugar, and wine yeast in a 5 gallon glass carboy. After the fermenting was done they would bottle it and let it sit for a year. It was very tasty. You can get the exact recipe and equipment from a home brew and wine store. Just wait till strawberries are in season.
ice wine is super good, they make it from grapes they pick near winter that are froze.
