It is a toss up. Both are nice beverages with plenty to talk about. Both have similar methods during and after fermentation. I like the idea that beer can be "tinkered" with more. Yes wine people so can wines with the varietals and blending and acids additions etc. But in all I do think beer takes my interest more.
A distillery would be a good experience but not a career thing you know-for me.
definately a brewery
With my personality, I`d settle for a job in either ! But if I HAD to decide, I would choose a vineyard, in Australia, on the Murray River, in Victoria, Mate… G`day blue
For myself it would have to be a brewery.
Once I start on a project I want to see the result as soon as possible (which is why, when I was programming, I used to be the most resource hogging member of my group, but also the one who produced most lines of working code a day).
And that comes with brewing.
There is also more opportunity to "tinker" with the end product in a brewery, and come up with something different/more innovative/ better than before in a short time scale.
I would like to work in a winery because
a) It’s beautiful all those grapes
b.) wine tasting parties
c.) you would be a wine connoisseur
d.) could possibly be able to share your knowledge with others
You got me again. I’ll fall for it.
I would work in a brewery.
Put me down for brewery. In fact, I do work in a brewery.
