What wine and cheese goes good together?
My friend likes to have themed parties, and this time she’s having a wine and cheese party. I’ve drank plenty of wine, and I’ve eaten lots of cheese, but I usually don’t put the two together. Any suggestions from connoisseurs?

It may seem a little "blue collar" but I love the combination of a sharp cheddar cheese and a sparkling hard apple cider. It’s different. Yummmm.
