Will a glass of red wine hurt my muscle regrowth?
I have read that alcohol increases output levels of estrogen among men, in addition, alcohol naturally dehydrates the body.
Now, would the alcohol content in a glass of red wine a night hurt my body’s ability to recover from rigorous exercise? I am lifting and sprinting/running often and wish to be healing appropriately. If I must discard my delicious glass of Pinot Noir or Syrah, then I suppose I will. However, if the effects are marginal, then I will continue.

The effects of a glass of red wine would actually be beneficial. Just be sure not to overdo it.
